Three times I have had to drive my car back around to the staff to have them clean it properly, today was the worst job ever, it is disappointing because it is a convenient location, if only they had attention to detail, this has the potential of being a thriving business

I was advised to get my car at 3.30 pm when I initially said I would be back around 3 pm. Then I said "Ok, I will pick it up around 3.30pm to 4 pm." The person called me when the car was done and had a reminded text message to pick my car before 4pm. I arrived there at 3.45pm and the person said I had to pay extra because they closed at 3.30pm. The boss was even more rude and not accomodating, said I had the whole day to pick up the car in a very rude tone. I dropped my car at 1pm and was advised to pick it up at 3.30pm, where was the whole day come from? The inside of the car has also not been cleaned fully as described. Very rude and bad customer service! Very disappointing.

I paid $70 to have my car cleaned and the inside was still dusty and was quite a ruff job especially for the price. I will not be going back there.

I had my car washed while i was shoping, the people were very friendly and at a great price. I recommend this for anyone that needs a wash.
