SomAus Help Incorporated is a humanitarian and developmental organization based in Australia (Melbourne) and Somalia (Mogadishu, Garowe, Kismayo and Hargeisa).
Somalia is recovering from years of civil unrest, severe droughts and under-investment in services and infrastructure. International countries, as a comparatively wealthy, developed countries are well placed to help people in Somali communities.
Our main purpose is to relieve needs arising from conditions such as poverty, sickness, distress or helplessness in Somalia. We also aim to be available to Somali communities whenever necessary to foster and instil sustainable development so that in the long term they can become self-reliant.
