My partner and I have used Sole Bros Subi Sq for over 10 years and have found:
Serviice is great
Quality excellent
Price reasonable, sometimes surprisingly cheap.

Person who gave the negative review must've had bad luck - maybe the usual guy was away, cos we've had no negative experiences with him.

Grossly overcharged for a product. Unable to return an unused item purchased. Then....... keys copied did not work. Dreadful service. Such a shame as it is in a very convenient location.

They are expensive but the most convenient location near my office to get my shoes fixed (heels sole worn out, shoe strap snapped) . The work done is good and does last for a long time. Not too bad spending a certain amount if i only have to get it fixed once in a while.

Really good workmanship. You know that your shoes are going to come back looking like new.

But they charge a lot for something you can have done just as good for a lot less elsewhere
