Efficient staff, a fantastic competitive price and the hot hard working tradies was a bonus when our system was installed!

We have just had a visit from a consultant so we haven't gone ahead with this quote, so I can't really comment on the product, but to be honest it does look and sound very very good, but for us it came down to the price and it was double the price of another company - I'm sure you get what you pay for, but!!!! What we were most disappointed in though was the consultant, way too pushy!!! He actually very nearly got me to just go for it, thinking that he was right, and we had to do it now! He really was a the type of consultant that gives sales reps a bad name!!

We had a solar inverter installed by them 5 years ago, it failed and the manufacturer offered us a discounted replacement through Solar Harness. Solar Harness failed to return calls or, when we called them, offer any sort of service at all. The whole episode has left the manufacturer looking rather silly, we shall be looking elsewhere for a replacement and an installer. I feel very let down by them.
