We had a man arrive to fit a towbar onsite. He was here early to his credit. He spent almost 45 minutes under the car. He came back after this time to tell us he couldnt remove the bumper bar as the screw threads had been stripped. He stormed off saying he couldnt do it. We then discovered he had pulled out 3 out of 4 sensor wires from our reversing sensor, rendering it useless. Over the next week I left messages for him on his answering machine as he does not answer the phone, neither has he returned our messages. We are now out of pocket for a new sensor set to be fitted as it is unrepairable. We had a towbar fitted 2 days later with no problems in it being fitted.
