Very poor business. We waited in line due to covid restrictions and the staff member kept pulling her mask down like a chin guard, every time she spoke to somebody. One customer left the shop telling her to put a face mask on. She looked at me and said she can’t wear I face mask for 8 hours. I was shocked and I asked her to put it on as she had no excuse not too. This is so disrespectful and she should be fined or given a warning too as she is putting peoples lives at risk

The service was terrible given by the store manager on the night. He told me and my 6 year old to go to rebel sport to buy runners. Funny she wanted the sketches purple runners with the rainbow S. I will never go to sketches or purchase sketches again. Really poor service

The manager of this store is VERY pushy, almost forcing you to try on shoes which you are not interested in and forcing a sale. The shoes are good, we've been buying them for years now from other stores however will not buy from the Skechers concept store at fountain gate again, will shop online or buy from other stockists as I did not enjoy the forceful nature of the manager in securing a sale.
