Saw the signs on Main South Road advertising wine barrels for sale. Drove up the road seemed to take forever, and saw another sign in front of the place also advertising wine barrels for sale. Had a look, IT WAS CLOSED!!!!!!! For goodness sake take your signs down and don't waste peoples time , if you advertise you are open then OPEN!!! Will never come back.

After reading a review on Sir Plantalot here on womo, my husband and I went there this weekend. The owners are very friendly and helpful, an excellent range of plants at very reasonable prices. The price for seedlings was around $2 (excellent price) the quality of the seedlings is really good, we purchased quite a few. Also purchased some native plants, a great variety to choose from. This is a nursery we will be visiting regularly over the coming months. So if you enjoy gardening and are in need of some plants, then I definitely recommend you pay them a visit.

Very friendly service from owners and a good range of plants.
We bought several plants from veggie & flower seedlings to Aussie natives etc.
Look forward to visiting the nursery again.

I had been searching for hedges for our front yard for months. I visited as far as Virginia (coming from Morphett Vale), but could not find my hedges in the quantity or at the price I wished to pay. I came across this nursery on Gumtree, and decided to drive down there. It's out of the way of the main road but well worth the drive. They are newly opened to the public, as they use to be a wholesale nursery. The owner was so nice and helpful with my plant selection. The range was good. There were lots of natives, cordylines, hedges, seasonal flowers, though not so many trees. I got free delivery and a great price for my plants. I will definitely return there, even for the service alone. They have a 10% off flyer promo at the moment if you mention it when you go there.
