6 reviews about Siam Sunset Thai Restaurant

I have been going to Siam Sunset both at Kenmore and Graceville since it opened in Graceville a few years ago (6 maybe?). I love the food and especially the Spicy Thai Fried Rice. Fantastic. I like that the owner and his wife both work in the restaurants and that they have proper Thai chefs. All the waitstaff are also Thai (mainly students) and they are all extremely helpful and cannot do enough for you. Everything I have eaten at Siam Sunset has been fantastic. I will keep going back for as long as they will have me.

We only got takeaway from these guys, but I picked it up and to say that the ambience and aromas of the restaurant were impressive is an understatement - I am already looking forward to eating there... the penang curry and the basil beef stirfry that we had were fantastic, the starters (satay chicken and thai fish cakes) were probably the highlight though. It was all good though and is highly recommended. Prices were very reasonable.

This is a relatively new restaurant. They have great food and a really good range. There aren't many restaurants to eat in. within Kenmore so this is a very welcome start up. I would recommend them to others.

Meal sizes are really big. Had I known how large the portions were I would not have ordered rice which was charged by the person rather than by the serve.

Approximate cost: $18

This restaurant is introduced by my partner on an opportunity of him mentioned to his client that I love Thai food. Just happen that this bloke own a Thai restaurant at Kenmore. It took us some drive from south east Brisbane to his restaurant. The hot chilli burn my lips badly(It's all come back of me underestimated their level of spiciness by choosed the extreme hot on menu) but the sourness of the salad was so refeshing. Kang kong are surpricingly yummy. Very pleasant dining experience!

This is a surprisingly beautiful restaurant in a small suburban shopping strip - the back looking over the fairy-lit garden is stunning! The food's pretty amazing too - I'd visit here just for the Tom Kha Gai soup - mouthwatering.

Approximate cost: $15-20
