Worst customer service I have ever received. Shameful way to run a business.
Returned my phone to the for repairs over 2 months ago (they said it would take up to 3 weeks). They've forwarded it on elsewhere for repairs, apparently, but won't tell me where, won't give me a ph no to call them on, and are ignoring my messages on their 'support ticket' system (the only way to contact them). There are dozens of terrible reviews for this company online - wish I'd seen before buying something from them.
Dodgy company that obviously does its best to hide from the hordes of dissatisfied customers. Wonder whether I'll ever gt my Samsung S5 back...

I have bought a monitor and a samsung galaxy S II from this site. The monitor was a great price and exactly as described.

The phone was also a great price but had a few drawbacks. Firstly the box was opened and the power plug was an american one (but they included an adapter). The phone itself was new with all the plastic on though. The worst thing was that the phone language was set to Spanish. It was fixable after 5 minutes of Googling and playing around with the menu. But I certainly wouldn't recommend the site to buy gifts for people that aren't tech savvy.

So overall, you get the product at a good price but may have to accept some small compromises.

Shopping Square is a fantastic way to source and buy products online at very competitive prices. I find sometimes that postage can be a little high, but this is generally offset by the much cheaper price of the item. I have in the past, emailed Shopping Square about a faulty product that I received. I never received any response from them after several attempts, so I would say their customer service needs to be stepped up. Overall, worth a look and I would strongly recommend them, especially for customers wanting to purchase electrical goods. Their "Daily Deals" are amazing.

so crowded, i get cranky everytime i walk in there, people pushing you, wont move for you considering i have a baby pram and all it takes near on 15 mins to walk from one end to the other

Good value for money, genuine products, quick delivery and well packaged to protect from damage.

Another online department bargain Store that I like! I get there newsletter so I check out their deals every day, they have such fun items that I find it hard to say no to myself. I buy a lot of my gifts for friends and family on this website.

No problem's. The product's are good. I bought a few item's that were alot cheaper than what I could buy them in a shop for. I would recommend them to anyone. I will be definaltly buying more item's from them.
