Having purchased several large ticket items from them in the past, we returned a pair of 9 carat zircon hoops with stones missing. We were informed that Shiels could NOT repair them because of the glue that had been used when the earrings were made. Interestingly enough, they gave us the details of a jeweller who could repair them! They would not offer an exchange as we could not provide purchase docket. Will never shop with them again or recommend them as a Jeweller of credit.
