OMG I was complaining about my frizzy hair so they suggested this new straightening system. well I went in frizzy and walked out sleek and straight. I love it!!!

I went to Kelly at Shendals for the first time yesterday, recommended by a friend. I have been to many salons since I moved here early last year and to date this is the best salon I have been to. I love that one person does my colour and cut and there was a great discussion at the beginning about what colours I would like plus the cut I would like. I was even told if I wanted some more colour in the next couple of days (I had foils) to ring and they would accommodate me. I love their 100% satisfaction guarantee too! Would definitely recommend it to my friends and anyone!
