Locked out of my apartment on a Saturday, Kevin to the rescue! He arrived within 15 minutes of my phone call and just like that he had me inside to retrieve my precious keys. Wanted locks rekeyed for new house, was able to get same day service which was great. Got charged for a few things I didn't ask for (and could have done myself), so total was on the higher side.
But happy requested work was done.

Thanks for your time Chung, unfortunately we are a full service company, if a door doesn't function properly we need to fix it in order for the lock to work properly, we warranty all our work. Wecan't rely on the customers to fix the doors to ensure our locks work, so we make sure everything is working before we leave.
So there's no call backs.
People go to Bunnings and see Ikonik full set of locks for$35 and think we are ripping them off, the quality is much different from what we sell. We also post all our prices on our website the only locksmith in the world to do so. So there's no surprises
Efficient in the task, knowledgable on the solution before even arrived. Professional and friendly. Have used this company before and will do in the future.
