Terrible and [redacted due to personal identifier] service would not recommend even to my enemies that’s how bad ritchies service is. Blinds broke took him 3 months to come CHECK the problem and never even came back or replied to any messages.

We were happy with the Roman blinds until the wooden part disconnected from the blind material after 18 months, and then the service we got was terrible. Ritchie didn't answer my phone and didn't return calls, eventually after almost 2 months of calls, sending photos, sms, trying to call from different phones, etc. Ritchie asked us to pay money if we want him to visit and inspect the problem. Terrible customer experience. Will never use this company again!
