Taken advantage of in an emotional goodbye of our palliative fur baby as our regular vet had covid, double the price only to be told after she can charge what she wants for your emotional goodbyes, beware of over pricing for “premium vet service” as “no regular pet service provided” as she has to cover rent & poison license!!
Still waiting for price break down….. never again BEWARE!!!

This vet saved our Little boys LIFE on Friday!! Initially we thought it was bad constipation and ocd licking turned out to be a very serious urinary blockage and we found out he was only 1 hour from rupturing. The receptionist had the experience to check with the vet when listening to the symptoms I mentioned to her about my boy. Instead of the afternoon booking I made with them, the vet asked me to get him there asap. She got him straight into surgery with no delay at all and drew a massive amount of urine and blood out. I felt so terrible once I knew what was really going on and if have waited until the afternoon to get him seen and we may have lost him or been in a much worse situation. He is only almost 2 and he is our everything. Dr Beth and her team were so gentle and calm with him and didn't add any other unnecessary stress and were upfront about everything all costs so we knew what we may be in for. I am also so moved as to how they went above and beyond for him, handfeeding and monitoring his wound and ongoing care and the fact they listened to everything I had to say even if it was off the mark meant a lot. There are so many reasons I like this vet but the main reason is sitting back at home with me now which is why I needed to leave this here.

The honesty and upfront nature and good will I have seen from this clinic makes me doubt that comment was entirely true. Even after everything my boy went through, when bringing my boy back in for his appointment he still loved Dr Beth. He was so calm when she removed his stitches and to my shock he was not really all that worried considering his case was a little more challenging than most for reasons you can ask them about to preserve his modesty here.
