Possibly the worse salon I have been to in terms of customer service. I didn't even get to the haircut in the end because the hairdresser was 'stuck in traffic' and I waited 40 minutes. When hairdresser arrived I asked for a refund, I am not an aggressive person, but when they said NO I was extremely upset. The staff would not give me the management's number as staff's phone was 'broken', it was the absolute worst service I have ever ever gotten. I walked out crying. Do not go here.

I always have fantastic service at this salon. They are extremely Accommodating to me and my family who also attend the salon and have for a while now. They do great beauty and fantastic hair and its a pitty that some people write negative things on hear who clearly having nothing else better to do with there life. I've never had a problem at the salon, they are lovely girls!! Highly highly reccomened!

GREAT!! I also bought a scoopon and went to the Salon because I wanted to try somewhere new. I was pleasantly surprised. There was not many people in there, but I was greeted with a welcoming smile and the hairdresser was a lovely young girl in her 20s who I believe is quite new to the salon. She was great, very friendly and put a lovely colour in my hair and did a good job with the cut. I noticed that they also have side deals for new customers in store such as cheap foils. I would recommend seaside salon if your near Glenelg.

Like Carrie, I also bought a Scoopon and also did not receive much customer service. I wanted light brown foils put through my hair however the hairdresser put through a colour that was almost black and told me that light brown wouldn't have worked anyway because it would fade out of my hair after a month... Well I ended up looking like a zebra and wanted to cry in the salon and now, almost 6 months later, the dark colour has only just faded to light brown. The worst part was that when I told the hairdresser that I was really unhappy with the colour and the quality of it (she had missed large sections of my hair so that in the coloured sections, there were blonde spots all the way down from roots to tip), she argued with me about it and wouldn't do anything to fix it. I will never go to this salon again.
