I called and was attended to within 3 rings. Scott came and gave me a free quote. I then decided to go through with the job and found him to be professional and clean. Unlike most plumbers who have done jobs throughout my house, Scott was knowledgeable and able to inform me of the work he was doing. The hot water system he suggested is working perfectly and providing the whole 5 bedroom house with hot water.
