I bought a brand new 2017-18 Mitsubishi Triton from here aways back and swore I would never buy from them again.
The car itself was not to bad but had some faults that needed fixing, they were very uninterested in even trying to solve my problems. I also found the services were through the roof price wise.
I was thinking of trading in the triton for a newer car and signed paperwork for another deal with them but thank goodness for the cool off period as I stated to remember the hassels I had with them and then canceled the deal.
Had car serviced they changed brake fluid left Scenic motors no brakes had to bleed them at super cheap Beaudesert in carpark . Had steering wheel replaced under warranty happy with that now steering wheel sits at an angle whist driving down a straight road indicator plastic crumbled they replaced one indicator not two every time I get my car serviced there is new staff they obviously don't have time to train them before they leave . Doesn't make me want to buy a new car when they are incompetent at servicing and I can't buy parts off them to service it myself
A very satisfying service was provided to me through all the staff at scenic motors.Always followed up on me and provided a great deal on my first new car.No complaints and experienced an overall quality customer service.Pleasure doing business and highly recommends anyone who is looking to purchase their next car to consult scenic motors .
Our European and American cars need dedicated servicemen who go that little further. We have found this with Scenic Motors who are not just friendly from the minute you drop off your vehicle but will tell you the facts and costs prior to commencing any work or purchasing parts which for both our cars are difficult at times. The bottom line is we get the same treatment as if we were owners of a Ford, Mitsubishi or Hyundai.
My Husband and I have been dealing with these guys for years they have always been honest reliable and not to expensive they ring you and give you options if something else needs doing before going ahead with it no hidden costs
Called and made a booking for a (docket special) service and supplied name, address, phone number, car details as requested. On the day of the service (2 days later) I called (while on the way) to confirm and they had no knowledge of my booking. Told me I must have the wrong date, but did not have my car in the system at all. I asked to speak with the original lady I had booked with...but told she was "on a day off". Never again.
