Excellent Gym. Wonderful, helpful and experienced trainers. Lovely creche - one of my main reasons to choose this gym. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a gym in Adelaide.

Excellent gym, very friendly and helpful staff. If you want to be treated as person and not a number this is the gym for you. Its lovely to be greeted by your name when you enter the gym. The faciliies are excellent and the classes are small in numbers and personal. Would recommend to anyone.

I usually go 2 to 3 times a week it's a woman's gym so you don't feel self conscious and the people there a always helpful and motivating.

The trainers are all female, and all very helpful. The start up process is very easy, and basic membership costs include getting a work out plan created for you that is specific to your goals and needs. It's a little bit pricey, but there's always a trainer there to help you out and you never have to wait to use equipment like you do in some of the commercial gyms. Definitely give it a try!

The friendliest and best results gym for women I have used. The new cardio equipment is fantastic and the new layout. The Personal Training and support helped me achieve results I could not have done on my own. I love the atmosphere of the smaller gym but there is everything there.

Being a small womens gym, you always think of the "big" names, but next time, go satori! A newly renovated RPM studio and a classroom hosting a range of different classes, everything from yoga to bodyPUMP to really get you moving! Satori has a free creche open most mornings and hot showers for your convenience. Personal trainers are available to help motivate you and friendly staff experienced in their field to personalise a program for you. Overall a great small gym that has a great vibe! go satori!
