first of all i would like to commend Ryan Mondon and the rest of his colleague for all of their assistance and top notch service.

As a first time home buyer my journey was rough and not smooth sailing. We been to ups and down in our home buying adventure but the good thing was Ryan Mondon is on our side. He was able to fix a messy situation in our contract with the vendor and everything went well from there.

I dealt with three different people across my buying process, between contract reviews, additions, advice and then the chaotic task of communicating with the lender/vendors and ensuring every one of my concerns was fully addressed.
