Not only were my flowers a third of the size of the ones pictured when I bought them, including spending an additional $12 for 3 extra flowers. But they were all of different lengths, and they are half-dead after only two days. I paid $95 including a $10 discount! I could've got a nicer bouquet from Coles for $20! I will never use them again, and recommend that others don't either.

Placed an order. Notified an hour after delivery should have been done that no driver available for delivery. Ruined a birthday plan from interstate. Terrible service. No compensation offered only a refund and blame shifted to courier company. Do not recommend!!

So sad to say that Sarah's Flowers represents one big mess-up after another to my poor wife.

Sarah’s Flowers made a delivery guarantee on Wednesday 9th May my wife she would have the Mothers’ Day flowers she ordered for our dead son’s widow ahead of a family gathering. In fact, you said that my wife would have the flowers some time on Thursday (May 10th) afternoon … EVEN IF IT WAS LATE IN THE DAY.

My wife waited at home for TEN HOURS on Thursday putting off parts of her exam preparation so she would be here to receive the ordered flowers.

When I suggested to my wife at 6pm Thursday, that your people were not likely to be going to deliver after sunset Thursday, she said that she was faithfully REPEATEDLY promised a delivery ON THURSDAY and that, although it may be late, it would happen … because the Sarah’s Flowers customer service clerk promised her FIRMLY on the phone that it would happen.

You let her down.

Early on Friday morning when my wife contacted Sarahs Flowers by phone, disgusted by all the bad promises and time-wasting of Wednesday 9th May and Thursday 10th May, another telephone service clerk promised (promised again!!!) to deliver them to our daughter-in-law’s home through the day on FRIDAY to make up for the botch that had occurred on Thursday evening.

When our son’s widow arrived for breakfast this Friday morning and then left towards 10:15 am there were no flowers still. Our daughter-in-law lives an hour’s drive from us. The promise sounded good so my wife told our daughter-in-law that flowers were coming through the day (i.e. Friday 11th).

It’s past 5:20pm Friday and my daughter-in-law still has no flowers.

You accepted my wife’s money. You promised delivery. You failed. You made a second commitment/promise to fix it when she called disappointed this morning and you have let her down again.

I’m outraged that you do business this way.

Yes … I know it’s Mothers’ Day week and things are tight and busy … BUT IF YOU CAN'T DELIVER, YOU SHOULD NOT TAKE AN ORDER.

I fail to see where the legendary 92% of happy customers on GOOGLE REVIEWS are. My wife must be part of a very small group of customers that you screw over multiple ways in multiple days. Very likely that Sarahs Flowers is part of the recently notified scam and fake reviews.

I shall be telling all and sundry just what a waste of time our family’s experience with Sarah’s Flowers was! I shall also be pursuing you through other channels so that you CANNOT HURT OTHERS.

I ordered a boxed flower arrangement for my grandmas 80th bithday which looked amazing, bit pricy though but it was delivered in 2 hours. $79.95 for a boxed special including a card and delivery.

Really friendly service, even helped me with the wording on the card as well! they are getting my returning business for sure.
