Paid in full for removal service upfront, as required. Then Samara Transport admin ([redacted name]) cancelled our booking a few days before the arranged and paid for date, because their only driver had been "injured".
A full refund was promised more than once and still has not been received 2 months late, even though we had been told the issue had been "escalated" to higher management.
We have consistently tried to contact the company, they do not answer our calls nor do they respond to our emails and are clearly avoiding resolving the issue.
We are currently out of pocket several hundred dollars and have no choice but to seek legal action.
Would not recommend to anyone looking for a removalist, this has been extremely inconvenient, expensive and pathetic.
