Large ceiling fan, light and remote unit installed in the place where an existing light was. They used existing wiring at our request to save time and hassle. (we have solid brick). It took longer than I thought, but we had a fixed price quote so no drama.
They seemed to have taken the not used fan control switch with them when the left. No big deal, but not the right thing to do.
