Definitely not the fresh food people in this store! Out of date product, rude, young cashiers that can't pack food to save themselves. Long waits. I'm local but won't go there any more.

Wonderful store and a wide variety of choices in every aisle. Staff are very nice and helpful, even when they don't know the answer to your question. Never seems to be a huge wait to be served.

This Safeway doesn't have much of a variety. The peoples who served me were utterly unwilling to have a conversation:
They were just rude and unhelpful

I dont shop here as often as I use to as they don't accept debit master/visa cards. But when i do shop here I usually find great prices and great service. Sometimes experience longer waiting times here as compared to other supermarkets

I love this Safeway!!! The people there are always nice and happy :-) will do anything to help you make you day better and find what you need in store. If I wasn't living so far away I would deffinately shop there every week so that my shopping experience was that little bit better. I miss the smiling faces of the girls and guys on the checkouts.

I wouldn't usually travel to this area to shop but I was local so thought I'd pop in.
I found my shopping experience to be worth returning. All areas were clean and well stocked, the customer service was excellent, the value was better than most outlets and the quality is always reliable

safeways at pakenham is a real let down. i've shopped at safeways as my main store for years and when i moved to pakenham 6 months ago i found that they always run out of items on special, and homebrand items for more than a week. its a real let down especially as there is 3 coles supermarkets in the Pakenham area. at the busiest times of day they do not have enough staff on the checkouts to get the customers out quickly - very annoying when i only want to buy 1-5 things each time
