The service leaves a lot to be desired. The majority of check out staff is reasonable when of course they are not talking to friends in the queue behind. Management is "so what" I returned a chicken when it was discovered to be fly blown, the attitude of the management made me feel as though I had done something wrong. I went there last night approx 9pm and there were no checkouts open only self serve, which I refuse to use, due to the fact I am saving a job when I go to the checkouts. Personal service is what I expect as I am paying for it, nit rudeness and indifference.

never enough staff to service all the customers. Not unussual to have to wait for even selfserve checkouts. Staff that are working are good but normally under too much pressure. Food is fine from there but prices are often more expensive than same supermarket within 15km of this shop.
