We had two trees removed today. One huge willow tree that was dangerously hanging over the neighbours house, this was skillfully and safely removed. And another tree that was just a tall trunk with a dangerous lean. We were so impressed with the professional and friendly team that came and removed the trees. They took their time to ensure that all their equipment was set up and safe before starting. Once they started they were very efficent and once finished they left the yard very clean and the wood was cut and stacked ready to be split (as requested). Really impressed with the fast response we had, we'd just purchased property & were worried about 3 dead trees overhanging the house! They came out within a couple of days to quote & turned up the next morning to remove the trees. Will definately use them again!

Had two massive Grevilliea Robusta felled, one that had been dead for years, and half an ash that was half dead and hanging all over the neighbors fence. The staff from SOS did the lot with perfection, not a single stick ended up dropped over the fenceline, the fences and surrounds were unharmed, the wood cut up/mulched for me and the area cleaned up after the day. I'm very happy, and will be coming back for all my tree trimming/removal needs.

We needed 4 trees removed from our yard. They were either too close to the house or close to the power lines. So safety was an absolute must. We also had numerous tree stumps scattered all over the property. We started getting quotes from arborists in the area. Luckily, my wife found SOS.

When we first met Glenn, he took down notes and said he would email us a quote. And it was worth the wait. Within 2 days, we had a quote at a very competitive rate. The trees were about 2-3 stories high and had huge trunks (not to mention deep roots).

Glenn set our minds at ease. He was very professional, knowledgeable and well mannered. And always punctual (so was his crew by the way). He also explained what measures had to be taken before felling the trees. They made sure we were safe and so were passer bys. Having insurance (and yes they do have insurance too) is one thing but avoiding expensive mistakes is another. And that's where SOS show how great they are at what they do.

When the date was set, his crew turned up right on the dot and got to work straight away. It was like clock work. The work was done with no delays. We were so impressed. And neat. They left everything in neat piles, with no mess at all. The house was not damaged, no one was hurt and the work was done on time. At a very competitive rate. Till today, I have owned a few homes but I will always use SOS from here on end.

We had a large lemon scented gum tree removed. They did it carefully and left the site clean. We have dealt with this company for 10 years and have always found their service prompt and excellent.

SOS removed two large trees, each of them overhanging a roof. The work was carried out with the minimum of disruption and without any damage. I will recommend them.

I have a garden which was very overgrown
fence trees in the front and kiwi trees at the back r growing completely out of control~
