I ordered hair products to click & collect online at the Kipparing store.
The order was placed on 8th march. I emailed to find out why I had not received notification to pick up.
Well!!!!!
Apparently head office tells me it gets sent to the nominated store from head office & when it arrives at nominated store they call me. Today is 14th march still hasn't arrived.
I have done click & collect at hundreds of stores and it is nxt day pick up.
So moral of the story.
DON'T use S&S for CLICK & COLLECT...

Worst customer service and hair cut is below average. Hairdresser Teleigha at chermside S & S started just cutting hair, not many questions asked or needs identified. I had to keep prompting what I wanted but she wasn’t greatly interested. I wasn’t being shown what haircut looks like once cut was finished. This hairdresser was so much interested in gossiping with other staff member and making fun of other customer who asked for something! I had been going to s & s chermside for years but I guess time to find another hairdresser. My raring is 0 out of 10

Very busy, I had to wait 1hr 15 for my hair appt which is fine. Walked in and they were going to seat me at a chair which someone had obviously just left. Hair everywhere and hadn't been sanitised. I had to ask them to sanitise it and clean the hair away. I asked the senior shouldn't you be doing this with Covid regulations and she replied yes we do. Well you didn't. I waited another half an hour after my appointment time and was told stylist will be with you shortly. Stylist came 10 minutes later and said I'm so sorry for keeping you but I just have to do this ladies cut and colour and I will be with you. Seriously, I couldn't wait any longer. What a freaking waste of a morning. So disappointed because I have been going here for years.

Absolutely dreadful service. The sign said women's cut (including shampoo and blow dry), I was told my hair was finished but it never saw a hair dryer, left the store with a wet bun. They hacked at my locks, ran thinning scissors through my thick and long hair (usually would take an hour or two, very thick hair) in about 5 mins. Haircut done! Chopped the bottom. Time was a serious issue clearly. Get people in and out as fast as they can.

I stressed to them that S&S Aspley had ruined my kids hairs, both of them (butchered her fringe and left clipper shave marks all over his head) Chermside actually wasn't as bad on this occasion but still you don't want to say anything because it's free for them being under 3. Don't offer free haircuts for kids under 3 if you aren't going to do a proper job.

Oh and they tried to charge me for my daughter because she 'looked older' than 3.
Will never go back again.

I would not recommend this business. I felt like a number. The experience was not pleasant. It was 2 hrs of my life I won't get back. I was a training ground for apprentices and because of where I was sitting my blow dry room forever as the " hairdresser" kept attending the counter eventhough there were heaps of other stylists around. Share the load girls. It was a waste if money. I won't be back. I expected to pay half the price for the treatment I got. And they kept trying to push product on me. Honestly will not spend another cent there

I didn't even make it in, they took one look at my hair and added an extra $100 for long hair... went somewhere else that charged me $20 extra for long hair.They wanted $175 got it done for $80

Horrible service. I gave them a chance to redeem themselves before I wrote a review and contacted them to speak to someone about my service but have not even heard back. I payed 170 dollars to get my hair died cut include a hair dry and curl. The person who died my hair did not listen to me at all. I asked for dark purple, while yes they did tell me the purple wasn't taking to my hair first and asked if it was good enough. It was a clear orange. they said they would try again, but instead they put red in with out asking OR telling me because they had run out of the purple they were using, it wasn't until I was back at my chair I seen it in the mirror. There was no communication at all.They told me maybe if I came back on Friday (a whole week later) they can try again. It was coming up to close time so they had me pay before my hair was finished and then they asked, "um do you really need your hair dried and curled because we are going to be shutting soon and I can't cut it either". I had a nice dinner to go to in the city and said yes. But they insisted there was nothin they could do and refused to curl my hair for me. I stay back at my job if there is something that needs to be done for a customer because it's what I get paid to do. Provide that best customer service to my ability. They clearly was not interested at all. It was possibly the worst customer service I have ever relieved at a hair salon. I did not pay 25 dollars for a simple hair cut. I paid nearly 200 for poor service and a hairstyle I wasn't happy with at all.

Worst ever!!!! I saw its $30 cut and wash. I walked in no service. The front counter staff asked the other staff to cut my hair. They are not willing. And end up some other staff came. Then I shown them what I want. They asked me so many questions about how to cut my hair, almost every single steps. Well shape looks like the hair I want. But it actually got no layer at all and no wash!!! Hair are all over me. They are not professional!!!!! They took at most 12 mins done my hair. Worst of the worst never go back!!!!!

Hmmm, disappointing experrience. Just wanted a trim. The board said $ 30 for a wash and cut. My hair is on the longer side, so I was prepared to pay a little extra. However, no wash was offered or given and the hair dresser didn't even use a spray bottle either to dampen my hair. It was a dry cut - took all of 10 minutes - cost $ 30. Won't be back, wasted my money and time.
