I found that the RTA in general is usually very slow with their service, however the Campbelltown branch is generally not like this. I would rather go there than Narellan which is closer to where I live, just because the wait is shorter.

I found the RTA at Campbelltown to be very helpfull recently when I had purchased a car and had to change over details and also renew my licence. They staff were happy and the queues were very short. They had a lot of information on display for free and also provided new drivers with "L" and "P" plates.
