We took a day trip out to the Ross River Resort. We enjoyed toasted sandwiches and a coffee in the kiosk area. There is other dining options, together with a caravan park across the ford and fuel is available. This is a very pretty area and we enjoyed our exploration both there and back to Alice Springs. We even travelled back from Ross River on part of the Binns Track. Interesting experience
