We ordered dinner from there last night, and found the service we had was actually quite rude!
The chips were a little to greasy and the burger that i ordered wasnt what i ordered! Make your orders right please!!

Food was to the max, it is to die for. The nice taste in the souvalakies and hamburgers make me want to keep on going back their, and I do go there almost everyday
OHH MY GOD... MY FAMILY AND I JUST GOT FOOD FROM THERE YESTURDAY... IT IS THE BEST SHOP EVER... THE SOUVLAKIS ARE GO DIE FOR... THE FISH IS SO NICE.... WE ONLY OREDERED 5 POTATOE CAKES BUT THEY GAVE US AN EXTRA 4... WOOO HOOO WE LOVE YOUR SHOP
Food was cooked to perfection. Owner and workers very friendly and nice to talk to. Souvlaki's were delicious. Chips and potato cakes were so nice. We can't wait to visit this Fish shop again.

Yeah they say pay next time because they charge so damn much for what you get!! So not worth what you pay! Most EXPENSIVE in the area now when nothing has changed from the last owners. totally not worth it. & just for the record I personally rather the way the old owners cooked fish n chips! I could tell these new people are very unexperienced. I last went there 2 weeks ago to find another price rise!! Some of the workers seem to come across a bit rude. Sorry to put a dimmer on your post but I just think that there not worth it anymore. I have sinced changed shops :)
They used to have REALLY crappy service and overpriced oily food, but since they got the new owners, i have been very pleased with the quality of there food, you get good amounts for the price you pay ( not just a hand full like the old owners gave ) and the service is very polite and easy to talk too. now with the new service I personally would definitely recommend the new high quality clean service from Rosella Fish Shop. :)

I had stopped going to this place because of the bad service and bad food.....but they have brand new owners, the place now is very very clean and the food is amazing. Also they are very generous with their servings. Definitely check them out now. Real fish and chips is back!
They over charge. The food is kinda smaller than what you except.
The owners don't talk much, and the place is dirty.
Only went there as its close. But for the price I would rather go to Werribee Central.

Well since you posted this review things have changed. There are new owners in this business. Since 15th October 2009. The food is so fresh and cooked to perfection. Especially their burgers. Yum, yum.
we use this shop and have done for 4 years every thur night... the new owners have really put a dampner on the store.. previous owners were FANTASTIC but unfortunatly cant say the same for the new owners... They have cut all quantities and your paying the same amout. We ordered $4 of chips 3 weeks ago for myself,partner and a 3y/o and honestly there was no more than one handful.. i called and let them iknow i was not happym and that i was a regualr and their reply wo me was" well sorry lady but the price of chips have gone up" didnt appreciate this... i told them that when/if i order next time i would like the extra free.. we got these the other night but they were still very rude when we went in to pick them up

well dangadolf , if you want a quality fish and chip shop then make your way over to scales n tails at the plaza , you will not be dissapointed....believe me..... i too bought food from rosella and i will never walk into that filth pit ever again...........cheers.
