With this centre being our first centre and attempt of childcare I have been nothing but disappointed. We have had constant problems with being charged for days my son doesn’t even attend. I have been in three times now and the problem still has not be rectified. Then this morning being told by Jenny my son had to get a covid test before he can continue care even though we had already had a medical certificate stating he has different intolerances and is in no way contagious, but the director (Jenny) refused to even view the certificate. I then requested to speak to higher up about the situation regarding his intolerances and problems I’ve been having and was greeted by being hung up on. Very unprofessional and not willing to help, understand or rectify problems.

Edit- my bank account has been overdrawn and the centre has been notified of it for 4 months now with my now emails being ignored. Then Jenny told me in writing that they in fact owe Me money and have now not transferred that into my nominated bank account.

If you want the headache of contacting this centre daily, getting ignored, getting hung up on and problems not being resolved this would be the centre for you.
