Doing a last minute move is difficult and yet Rose helped me get a truck for my job and get it done on time .

The job went went with the guys coming on time and wrapping and securing my furniture well, ensuring they got my items safely home .

Thankfully the movers came on time and got the job completed in three hours including travel.

Good work was done by the two men who came from Rose. They also wore gloves during the job that I found to be a great step.

Easy job but had difficult and narrow corridor and stairs yet the guys from Rose did the work without any hesitation.

I appreciate the moving job done by Di and his team who moved my whole two bed house and kept to the time estimate I was given in my quote.

The movers were professional with me and my partner during the whole process. They were careful during the move to keep my furniture safe and secure as well.

I thank Prad and Hasin who were the workers that came for my move. They were polite and planned the move few steps ahead at all time. This ensured they don't waste my time waiting for parking for example where they sent me ahead to go and make arrangements to receive the truck at the drop off.

I was immensely grateful to the team from Rose removals who did not moved my furniture, but also disassembled my kids bunk bed and put it together once we got to the new place.

1. Removalist stayed in the toilet for 10 mins
2. The other guy is just a supervisor and purposely does things slowly
3. Try and extend our time by collecting payment 45 mins before the end time when we only have 2 items left in the van
4. Argued that they are collecting the money first in case, then we can ask for refund after
5. Took forever to wrap up our white goods to prepare for loading into the van on purpose
