I have been going to Room53 for years now and would not change hairdresser!! Every time I go I get fantastic service and amazing hair cuts!!! Michael and Bashim are one of a kind! I have always seen them treat all clients with respect and kindness and will always do their best to meet my hair needs!! A+ all the way!!

average on all accounts, was sorry to read of the other reviews, but whilst i wasnt impressed it wasnt THAT bad for me.

The rudest hairdressers I have ever experienced. Talked about their weekend and relationships and went into way too much detail. Did not listen to a word I said about cut or colour. The colour burnt my head but they dismissed me. The haircut was dreadful and Bashim refused to fix it. Then he expected me to pay for this! I have told as many people as possible about this horrific experience and have heard nothing but stories of dissatisfaction.

Unfortunately I wouldn't recommend this hairdresser. They made a mistake on my haircolour and wouldn't take any responsibility for it. My hair is dyed blonde, I went to this hairdresser to get the roots growing through done. They thought they could match up the colour on the ends of my hair with a certain shade of permanent colour applied to the roots. I ended up with orange roots and blonde ends. There was no offer to fix it up, but rather tried to convince me it would fade and would look okay in a few weeks. To make this worse, they were quite rude about it and I had to pay the full amount. I left feeling quite ripped off. I will definitely not go to Room 53 again.
