I had a keratin straightener service, my hair came out dry, straw like & didn't sit naturally on my head, was instructed to rinse the following day & my hair was frizzy & full of volume as before. When I returned & said I was unhappy he told me to get out of his salon, verbally abusive & refused to discuss.
