We contacted them to book a five year old child, they conveyed that they do dental work for young children. We arrived as expected, but then they conveyed that they do NOT work on young children. They still charged money, for nothing, plus our time was wasted, as well as the money. I have been going to this dentist for 7 years and have nothing bad to say about them.
The reception staff are helpful and always willing to go out of their way to assist - I have even received phone calls to let me know the hygenist was running 15 minutes late, if I wanted to come in a bit later to save waiting in their waiting area!!
All staff are professional and very good at their jobs, but also friendly and easy to talk to. They remember their clients, not only their dental issues but also personal lives, and take the time to check in and care about everyone they see.
Most importantly, their dental work is exceptional. And, on the chance you have any problems, they go out of their way to fit you in and fix whatever the issue is asap.
