I have been going to Road Side Auto Care since moving up hear in 2007, These guys do not rip you off! I am a woman, but know more than my hubby about cars, I was certain I needed a new altinator, they replaced my battery, and argued with me that it is just the battery, the altinator will cost far more, and will not fix the flat battery issue.
THEY WERE RIGHT. They have never treated me like I know nothing, and when I ask questions they always go into detail to give the answers the person asking will understand.
I always get my car serviced there and have gone no where else since finding them.
They are now under new management, but the same team we know and trust.

The most OUTSTANDING honest trustworthy mechanics EVER! you don't need to take your husband with you so you don't get ripped off, these guys are GREAT! Friendly honest hardworking.
I had a very small problem with my car and was willingly going to give them thousands. Any other mechanics would of thought all their Christmas' come at once. But Roadside auto keep the car over night, found the issue and said it was so minor they didn't even charge me. What great honest guys.
Highly recommended. A+++

I used these guys as I am disabled and having my car serviced at home is a better option for me, however I paid about 13% more for the privelidge... That shocked me and I asked them not to do a couple of things to make it more affordable, the things they did though were done quite well so no complaints there.

Great team of Guys. The owner Mark is very helpful and wasn't pushy at all. My car needed heaps done and he gave me the run down about what was most important to be done. A+++++

Was told car was unrepairable (motor), mechanic refused to carry out specified instruction, after the mechanic left (used their mobile service) i repaired the car myself using a basic wet compression test, motor started and is working fine. Called them next day and they refused any refund and were quite arrogant about the situation, They also claimed they would lose their licence by performing a wet compression test OMG...LOL. (this was the next day mind you, i was told on the day it would make no difference, not that it was illegal, which it is not.

Approximate cost: $99 30min work

Glad we are not the only ones to have encountered this sort of rubbish from these guys

I am the original reviewer (above) my unrepairable car is still going fine. BUT, I would like to add that there are new owners at roadside auto who seem much more decent than the last (I have not used them). So, my review no longer stands for them. Please ignore.

Awesome.
Quality work and extremely fast. I have used them for a Roadworthy Certificate and a service.
They were great so I will continue to use them for both my cars.

These guys did nothing without first talking to myself and my husband and making sure we fully understood what was going on with our car. Even went so far as to show us the problem on the car while it was on the hoist.
