I believe that this is the best thing that I should have done a long time back to bring my weight under control and start living a LIFE!! Finally I have found someone who is honest, caring, motivating and inspirational and who doesn't talk about buying any meal replacements!! Just normal food, yummy recipes and portion control :) JUST LOVE IT!!! Thanks Carmel for all that you do :)
