I believe that ResearchMinds is the first survey business that I have dealt with that has been prompt and very efficient to encourage and also rectify mistakes. I have only done part of a survey and couldn't and wouldn't go further either as the statements didn't fit my thought. I emailed that I couldn't get through. Straight away Mike emailed apologizing and asking would I except a "promotional pen". I said yes. I received it today, it is the best free pen yet. SO I believe the ResearchMinds team to be trustworthy, striving for excellence and wish them well. Have not had any other surveys from ResearchMinds so cannot comment in regard to these.

I have been a member for a little while now, I did have a problem with a survey and almost instantaneous Mike emailed me back and was going to look into it, so very prompt and ever so efficient!
I have done a few surveys (not many have been sent to me) so unfortunately I can't say that I have been paid, and the light at the end of the tunnel cannot be seen for a payment, but surveys are reasonably straight forward, but it isnt big money for them though.

I do several surveys on a fairly regular basis. I find them, as a rule straightforward but difficult to detect the purpose of the questioning and focuses.
I find Research Minds clear and sensible and logical to work with.

I had an issue with a longsurvey after completing it - said that the response was invalid. I wanted to make sure that my time wasn't wasted, so I contacted Research Minds to query this. Very promptly I received an email, assuring me all was okay, and promising a gift for my time and trouble. A lovely corporate pen arrived in the mail within days. This is great customer service, and I am happy to be a member of this group.

The pay for completing surveys is quite low. It takes effort and time to complete surveys and the reward needs to be higher.
Other companies offer higher pay.

I have answered many surveys from ResearchMinds, ranging from less than $1 to more than $4 in incentive. Accurate description of the length of time the surveys take. Am yet to reach the $17 withdrawal amount, but am well on my way!
