Rejuvin8 [redacted due to personal identifier] was really nice and gave me a great deal to get IPL on my legs (full).

When I went to my first session I was in and out in 10 mins - it was basically patchy job. This didn't sit right, so I asked around other salons and they said it takes at least 45 - 60 minutes to do full legs.

I raised my concern & because I was unhappy she kindly offered a full refund (even though it was against their policy). Then she decided that she was still going to charge - $65 for the consultation (which I wouldn't have had, had i known they were going to do a dodgy job). Full refund? I don't think so.

Long story short, it took 7 months of numerous calls, texts to get most of money of back.

They are very unprofessionals and actually really rude - BAD, probably the worst customer service I've ever experienced.

I don't recommend going here, unless you want to have patchy job no matter how cheap it is.

Awful. Attitude for getting there 5 minutes late, rushed the whole "peel and micro", was there 10 minutes. Was so heavy handed with the micro that I now have scratches all over my face. Would definitely not recommend or visit again.

Honestly great salon!!

I had my nails done here in december and couldn't have been happier with the job that the lady did. She was very pleasant and professional in the way that she did her job. The salon was lovely and clean too. The prices are a little high but you can expect that for a little salon. They do some great packages as well.

I had read some bad reviews so was a little apprehensive. I had a voucher for 2 microdermabrasion treatments plus eyebrow wax and eyelash tint. I was quite satisfied with the service, didn't feel rushed at all and the decollete massage was wonderful. Yes, it isn't as private as a more expensive salon with cubicles rather than rooms but I'm happy to go back for my second treatment.
