This was my first experience with Reiki and it was very powerful. I was focusing on some running injuries and felt some very strong warmth and quite an intensive response and felt great on my long run the following morning. I will definitely keep this as a regular regimen and also found it incredibly relaxing and nurturing. Highly recommended.

Arwen is a sensitive, soothing and confidence inspiring practitioner. I was new to Reiki and wasn't sure how it would feel or even if I would feel anything, but I actually found it powerful and interesting, as well as relaxing. I will be doing it again, highly recommended.
