We had two wardrobes fitted by regency over the last 12 months. Our first experience wasn't great and we were in some ways locked into using them a second time regrettably. On both occasions the sales team were helpful. But that's where it ends. We had to chase them up about booking in the installation. We didn't receive a confirmation call beforehand and then on the day they just didn't show up. When we called to find out why, there was no explanation. We finally had them agree to reschedule for the next day, but when they showed up they didn't have all our fittings, so we had to reschedule again. When the job was finally done, there were chips in the wardrobes. Not impressed. The staff were unhelpful and didn't once return a call after the standard "I'll have to check that and call you back in 5 mins" response to any request.
