Our 2 small dogs, Raffles and Bandit, both Shih-tzus, have been patients of Reedy Creek Veterinary Surgery since we arrived down from Cairns at the end of 2014. Justin Ward is a fantastic vet and has been right on the mark with his diagnoses and treatment, the dogs love going to the vet (figure that one out) and wag their tails when they go in to see him and while they are being treated. Justin has a great team and they are all so helpful and friendly. Awesome practice.

I've been to Dr Justin before and found him brilliant so there was no hesitation in taking my new kitten to him for a check up and his first lot of injections.
Dr Justin gave little Raphael a thorough examination and immediately won the trust of my little kitten. Once again, providing excellent advise on integrating Raphael into the house with our already existing 7yo cat.
I have been recommending Dr Justin to everyone with pets.

Approximate cost: $60

Have had several of our pets looked after by Justin and team. Awesome service! Would recommend to anyone and pricing was very reasonable. He is very compassionate and clearly loves his job. Fantastic.

My cat was suffering an allergy, left undiagnosed and partially treated by another vet. I took my cat into Dr Justin Ward and he diagnosed my cat with an actual disease that was easily treatable with a simple injection every 5 months. I have just taken my cat back for her 2nd injection and she was treated with such care and diligence with Dr Ward knowing I cannot afford to spend an absolute fortune, he provided quality care, cheaper than any other veterinarian I've taken my cat to, he takes the time to explain all the various options available for treatment, offering a biopsy if I really wanted it but going on to say the treatment would still be the same to my cat without having to spend the $600 for a biopsy to tell him what he already knew and so I shouldn't spend the money. What? A veterinarian telling a customer not to spend money? This guy is fantastic! He is so good, I went out of my way to buy extra stuff from him because I felt bad only spending a piddly amount for a cheap injection.

Approximate cost: $70.00

That's really amazing. I hope all vets are like them. Thank you for sharing!
