I arrived at opening today and asked to see the Doctor. Because I didn't ask to make an appointment they charged me 70 dollars. Which can not be claimed on medicare. DO NOT USE THIS MEDICAL CENTRE

Small medical center they bulk bill very friendly secretary I agree pretty and nice doctor is also very nice a good atmosphere I enjoy this place a lot

Well, I used to be a patient of Dr J.Lam pretty few years ago. Yeah, that's right, you don't need to wait for a long period to see the doctor, as it happens usually. But, when I had some problems with my health, doctor suggested to have an operation, quite complicated one. After that appointment I went to see Dr Hasnani and she gave me very helpful medical advice, so, I didn't need the operation.

You dont have to wait long because she is very very bad in diagnosing whats wrong with you. She is very friendly and good for common conditions (cold/ flu, medical certificate). But it took me 2 visits, a scar and a visit to another doctor to actual start healing what I had. I dont think she has much of knowledge at all.

I was seeing Dr Lam for a couple of years. She was friendly, approachable and great. Unfortunately She failed to diagnose 2 medical conditions. One where I almost died. I would not recommend her to anyone. When I saw a specialist he said I had this condition for about 8 years and that I was in the most severe stage. This was brought to her attention on many visits. But she failed to send me off for more tests.

Been seeing Dr Janet Lam for many years, she is a gem, very friendly and trustworthy. Still does bulk billing. No appointment neccessary and never have to wait long to see her.
