Whilst visiting my son in Ipswich, I called into this store for a quick snack, I ordered a rooster roll, large chips and drink, the food tasted wonderful

We have been a few times and each time
There have been problems with
The order sometimes the one order
Had to be returned twice , problems
Included was chips were under cooked
And oily the pineapple fritters hard , and
Some times food was cold

Approximate cost: $9

I have also found the service and food also very so, so. Again the other night the chips with the meal were under cooked. I have also noticed the size of the chicken getting smaller. And don't what ever you do ask for stuffing with your meal, the staff think you have 2 heads if you ask, then the other night both packs would have been lucky to have had a desert spoon full. But..... then even the whole chickens lately haven't had much either.

They really do need to pick up their act

I am sorry but the service here is very appalling. The drive through is so slow and the "kids" that run this operation should have stayed in school. There have been times when food has been returned uncooked and then taken back again uncooked. Please take a look at yourselves and smarten up.
