Went there with a group of friends for hot pot and the first thing I noticed was that the place was stinky and staff were not welcoming.

It took us ages to get served and we asked for some soup spoons as we didn't get any. The waiter brought over some spoons but practically threw them into my friend's soup bowl, that was already full of soup!

It also got quite hot in the room as it started to fill up.

The food was average and the service was terrible.

I will not be going back there.

This is definitely the best Chinese food ever had. I agree that the service need to be more attentive and the toilet floor issue.
What about the hot pot room upstairs? Open only for dinner but hot pot is great.

It's a good place for a gathering with close friends because the tables are large enough. However, the service is laggy sometimes (but sometimes ok - indeed inconsistent). It can also get a little hot/stuffy inside. The food is nice and fresh though.

There are two of these restaurants around the corner from each other. This one is the betwee of the two. Great food and the service can sometimes be a little slow, but overall really good.
The bathrooms breach OHS regulations as the floors are quite greasy/slippery so be careful when you step inside these rooms. I woudn't recommend high heels at all. BYO for wine only.
