Stay away! Do not consign your items there! You will never get paid. The owner Suzette is a scammer. She has sold 14 of my designer items. Refused payment and blocked my number. There was no receipt given to me on my items. Just handwritten book. The list of people she has scammed is long. She has been reported for the way she conducts the business. All her bags are fake. She knows that and puts the note “not yet authenticated” and charges over $1000 lying to her clients. Pls stay away!!! I’m already going through enough problems because she owes me over $5000. She has sold my Celine bag and told me it was stolen. But I know the lady that has purchased it. Absolutely unbelievable people like this do exist.

RRags - Neutral Bay I took in 2 pairs of new Peter Sheppard shoes - both bought on 50% sale at $199 a pair, never worn as developed a foot problem; one had a small sticker on inside (it was the price sticker that had been removed) and they said they were unacceptable. I took both pairs back and gave them to the Red Cross shop next door. RRags are snobs, with a bad attitude. I can buy better at Red Cross and Smith Family shops (high percentage of brand new items at hugely reduced prices) and Lifeline and Vinnies are good too.

Clothing is too old 5 years plus (to be kind) even though they only take clothes no older than 9 months. Waste of time.

Every time I visit Sydney, Recycled Rags is my first choice for shopping. The clothes are great, in excellent condition and are very reasonably priced. In fact, cheaper than the Salvo's store behind Military Road. I always leave with a mountain of stuff.
