i rate this rebel store as ok. the items in store are over priced and there is way to many staff working there always asking so you need help . they do have a good range of items and offer layby

had a great time, all the staff were polite and experienced in what i went for. They have a great range of products to suit all your sporting needs from swimming to cricket, basketball or even Gym equipment and clothing for all sports. Also they have a great range of football supporters gear too.

Rang in regards to a package received which was not addressed to me but addressed to my address. Item was purchased online. I called the Penrith store as Rebel sport sticker on package confirms it originated from Penrith, spoke to a female and briefly explained, left name and contact details with her as she said someone fom Customer Service online would contact me. But they never called. I then directed my enquiry to Silverwater office and left name and contact details with a brief msg, this woman never called. I then sent emails to 2 different customer service addresses hoping one of them would be interested in this lost package. No answer. To this day I still have package will throw in the bin soon. I have had this package since april 2010. I feel this item was purchased fraudulently online. Very very bad customer service, its like noone wants to know..........!!!!!!! Oh, prior to this I rang courier company and they told that their job was done in delivering the package to the address on consignment note and that I needed to contact Rebel Sport.

I was looking for a treadmill and the people at rebel were really helpful. We were able to get a great deal on a floor model and I was able to get a better model than I thought because she was able to discount it so much for us. I use it everyday and it is great quality and with all the trouble we had at other places, I would not shop for any sports/fitness equipment anywhere else. they were true proffesionals

there is a good variety of good quality products and goods and staff are very helpfull however the price of to goods is a bit dear... i paid $90 for a pair of training swimmers.

They have all the latest sports gear and equipment, they often have sales and they support events such as the city to surf. They train all their staff and they are some of the most knowledgable footwear salespeople.
