Thought their website was great as it actually listed if the item was in stock or not, a lot of other sites will wait till you ring, tell you its not in stock and then offer to back order. The response when I phoned was professional and friendly and scope dispatched to Perth with no fuss what so ever. Scope arrived on time as promised and in one piece due to the outstanding packing job, took me 5 minutes to unpack. A great experience all round and I will be using then again.
