Have been renting through this real estate for a few years. Our property manager Debbie Kelly is rubbish at her job. Our property is in need of repairs. She tells us the owner won't approve work to be done on premises. Locks not working, Mold and Mildew Problem , Back fence falling down. When we talked to the owner he said he was never made aware of these concerns. And these are things that are required to be repaired. The owner can not refuse to put locks in when needed ect.
We were also sent an invoice stating we owed 225 dollars from 2007 water bills. When we rang to talk to her about this she refused to get on the phone, won't even discuss the matter with us. Luckily I kept all receipts knowing that something like this was going to happen.
Our Hot water system was broken for 5 months it took 10 or more calls to get her to have something done about it. After asking for a refund of the excess water that we not responsible for,she would brush us off and say she would see what she could do. 6 months later when we brought it up again, she said yes we took 130 dollars off. No documentation was given to us , even after we requested it.We just have to take her word.
Debbie Kelly doesn't do our House Inspection. Instead sending a junior that really has nothing to do with the process of complaints or work that needs to be done to house. These are only a few of the terrible complaints we have had with this real estate over the past years.
