I've had the pleasure dealing with Courtney from Ray White Glen Waverley (previously from the Oakleigh office). It is not often you meet an honest real estate agent, but Courtney is definitely one of them.

As property investors I would say Ray White Glen Waverley Real Estate Agents including their receptionists I find to be incredibly rude and unprofessional. Each time I have an enquiry regarding a property my phone calls are never returned on time and when they finally do, the REA have the worst manners that I've ever come across, in comparison to other Real Estate Agencies and agents. Instead of greeting a potential buyer with a friendly and accommodating tone they sound as if they would rather be elsewhere, especially the receptionists. As the face of the branch you would think they would provide you with the best possible service instead they don't let you finish your sentences and blatantly say "I don't know anything speak to agent" when I've clearly advised them I tried countless times to ring the appropriate agent on their mobile and NEVER did they bother returning my call.
Not recommended to buy from this branch nor will I ever give them my money. Such a shame.

I could not decide on 2 agents so asked them both to sell my house. Ray White had organized Open Homes and Inspections before the other agent even came to take photos. By the time the other agent even got someone to look at my house, Ray White already had a buyer. It was the best and easiest sale i have experienced. Would highly recommend them to anyone that wants exceptional service.

Damian and the team helped us relocate from Glen Waverley to Scoresby by achieving an outstanding price for our property. Almost every day we had different buyers coming to the house. they were crude and inexcusable .. really rude .. and their housing process are on a high when the house prices are supposed to be lesser now .. would not choose to deal with them again , no thanks ..
