Raw Sugar does a reasonable coffee and they have a pretty good range of takeaway cakes and sandwiches. When I've chosen to dine in instead of take away it hasn't been particularly good, they tend to prioritise the takeaway orders so when eating in you wait much longer.

We often visit Raw Sugar for a coffee or quick lunch. The food is consistently good quality, with a wide range of teas to choose from, and the atmosphere is pleasant.

The service can be a bit hit and miss - we're usually served promptly, but there have been a few times when they seem to have forgotten about us.

I thought I would give raw sugar another go after many bad past experiences with quality and customer service.. again it was a major disappointment this morning. They seemed to make all these people's coffees that ordered after me first, then when this was raised with them they said oh well we are making yours now, they were not very friendly and then gave me death stares. The coffee? well it was absolutely rubbish, probably the worst coffee I've had in a long time. I definitely wont be going back here agian. terrible service, awful coffee.

Consistently good coffee. Always busy but the staff are trained and manage to get through the rush with efficiency.

One of our favourite coffee places. It isn't out of the way. Easy to get a quick coffee. The staff are friendly and remember our names, which always makes the kids feel pretty special. Nice coffees and yummo hot chocolates

Always get great service here - they guys are really friendly and remember your order. The muffins are also really delicious!! But you might be better off getting your coffee elsewhere.

Makes great consistent coffee, tasty muffins and banana bread. The service is also really good here, the staff remember your name and take the time to have a proper conversation with you.
